Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NUTRAONE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16956937 ("NutraOne", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data of affiliates, partners and visitors of nutraone.io (the "Platform"), and of customers who order products we sell (section 2).
1. Affiliate and visitor data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, messenger contacts and other details you provide when registering or contacting us.
- Payment data: payout details you provide for receiving commissions (e.g. wallet address or bank details).
- Usage and technical data: IP address, browser and device information, log data, clicks, conversions and statistics generated through the Platform.
- Communication data: messages, tickets and correspondence with our team.
2. Customers who order our products
As a direct advertiser, we sell our own products, mostly with cash on delivery. When you place an order on one of our product pages, we receive the details you enter in the order form: your name, phone number, delivery address and the product and quantity you chose, together with technical data about the order (time, IP address and the source that referred you).
- Why we use it: our own call centre calls you to confirm the order and delivery details. We then arrange delivery and payment on delivery, handle returns, complaints and refunds, and detect fake or duplicate orders.
- Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for before a purchase and performing the sale; our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and keeping our records accurate; and our legal obligations, for example accounting and consumer law.
- Where it is kept: in our internal order management system, which only authorised staff can access.
- Who receives it: the delivery company that brings you the parcel and collects the payment, and our service providers who process data for us under contract. The affiliate who referred you does not receive your contact details. They see only what is needed to attribute and pay for the order, such as its status.
- How long we keep it: for as long as needed to complete the order and handle any return, complaint or warranty claim. After that, we keep only what accounting and tax law requires.
- Marketing: we do not use your order details for marketing unless you have agreed to it, and you can always opt out.
Your rights described in section 9 apply to this data as well.
3. How we use affiliate and visitor data
- to create and manage your account and provide access to offers and tracking tools;
- to track traffic, leads and conversions, calculate commissions and process payouts;
- to prevent fraud, enforce traffic quality rules and protect the Platform;
- to verify your identity and payout details where needed before we make a payout, or where the law requires it;
- to provide support and communicate with you about your account and offers;
- to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Automated checks. We use automated tools to flag suspicious traffic and fake or duplicate orders. A member of our team reviews a flag before we take any decision that significantly affects you, such as cancelling commissions or closing an account. You can ask us to explain such a decision and to have it reviewed again.
4. Legal basis
NUTRAONE LTD is the controller of your personal data. We process it in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We process personal data to perform our agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Platform. Where required, we ask for your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
5. Sharing of data and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us run our business, for example hosting, tracking, security, payment, delivery and communication services. We may also share it with professional advisers, and with authorities when the law requires it. All providers must protect the data they receive and may use it only on our instructions.
Our team and some of our providers are located outside the United Kingdom, in the European Economic Area and in the countries where we sell. When personal data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations where they exist. Otherwise we use the safeguards required by UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us if you want more information about these safeguards.
6. Cookies
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for login, security and conversion tracking. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
7. Data retention
We keep affiliate data for as long as your account is active. After that, we keep it only as long as needed to settle payouts, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting obligations. Retention of customer order data is described in section 2. When we no longer need personal data, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details confidential.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We reply within one month. For complex or numerous requests, we can extend this by up to two further months, and we will tell you if we do. Exercising your rights is free, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
10. Accuracy, minors and third-party sites
You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date; you can update it in your account settings. The Platform is not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. This policy does not cover third-party websites linked from the Platform.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
